Crime Report: Four thefts

The following crimes are from the week of July 21 to July 27, 2013.

July 21. 400 block W. Willow Grove Avenue. Complainant states that an unknown person broke the passenger side window of a 2004 Chevy Tahoe and stole a Kate Spade wallet containing money, Chanel sunglasses, pearl necklace, J. Crew leather pocketbook, credit cards and identification. Reported at 12 p.m.

July 22. 100 block Rex Avenue. A black male, Trevor Jones-Parker, residing in the unit block of E. Slocum Street, was arrested for theft of a gray K2 Zed mountain bike.

July 24. 8700 block Germantown Avenue. Complainant states that at approximately 4:45 p.m., an unknown black male walked into store and stole a bottle of Bacardi, pineapple flavored. Male, 5'9” tall, wearing a polo shirt.

July 26. 500 block W. Willow Grove Avenue. Complainant states that a black male stole change from vehicle and fled scene on bicycle going westbound. Male, 40's, unshaven, wearing a white t-shirt and black pants.

Summary – Four crimes for week: two thefts from vehicles and two other thefts.
