It's that time of year again, baseball fans. The Chestnut Hill Youth Sports Club baseball season opens this upcoming Saturday, April 13th, at the WaterTower.
Just in case you missed it, coaches are expected to arrive at 8 a.m. to pick up team uniforms, rosters, equipment and schedules in the Fathers Club Room. Players should arrive between 8:30 and 9 a.m. and meet with their team on the field to receive their uniforms. Players introductions start at 9:30 a.m. Then, at 11 a.m., there will be Minor and Major league three inning scrimmages. Coffee, food and snacks will be served, too. Oh, and did I mention that the Phillie Phanatic may drop in for a surprise appearance?
