Feb. 24. 100 block of E. Hartwell Lane. Complainant states that between 9 p.m. on Feb. 28 and March 1, someone entered a white 2009 Toyota which was parked in driveway and stole a global positioning system.

Feb. 24. 7605 Lincoln Drive. The police were notified of a retail theft that occurred at the CVS around 12:54 p.m. According to the report, two men entered the store, picked up a basket, filled it with items and then ran out of the store without paying. The estimated value of the stolen items is around $250.

Feb. 25. 8100 Mansfield Avenue. A theft from a vehicle was reported around 6:52 a.m.

Feb. 25. 7700 block of Crittenden Street. A theft from a vehicle was reported around 12:15 p.m.

Feb. 25. 8100 block of Pickering Avenue. A theft from a vehicle was reported around 2:26 p.m.

Feb. 26. 8000 Cherokee Street. A theft was reported at 11:15 a.m.

Summary: Six crimes for the week: one theft, one retail theft, four thefts from vehicles.
