The following crimes are from the week of Dec. 2 to Dec. 8, 2012.

Dec. 2. 7700 block Crittenden Street. Complainant states that someone took lunch meat from store without paying for items. Male fled on foot southbound on Crittenden Street. Black male, 6' tall, 36 to 40 years old, husky build, wearing black scrubs.

Dec. 3. Valley Green & Wolcott Drive. Complainant states that between 3 and 4:30 p.m., someone entered her silver 2009 Honda and stole her ATM and a Visa credit card. Police observed a small pry mark on right front door.

Dec. 3. 8800 block Germantown Ave. Complainant states that someone stole a purse containing driver's license, Mastercard, bank book, pair of glasses and a false tooth from her room.

Dec. 5. 200 block W. Meade Street. Complainant states that someone picked his pocket and used his Wells Fargo and Chase cards. Also taken with wallet was a Home Depot and Lowe's card, social security and medical cards and other identification.

Dec. 5. 100 block W. Evergreen Ave. Complainant states he parked his black Toyota Camry and when he returned he found driver's side window broken and found out that someone had gone through his glove compartment.

Dec. 5. 100 block W. Meade Street. Complainant states she parked her vehicle at 100 block W. Meade Street and when she returned she found the passenger side rear window broken out and her briefcase missing from 2011 Toyota Liberty.

Dec. 6. 8300 block Seminole Street. Complainant states that someone broke the passenger side window of a 2008 Toyota and stole boots, new clothing and a Global Positioning System.

Dec. 6. 8200 block Germantown Ave, Complainant states she parked her red 2009 Chevy and when she returned she found passenger side window broken. Second complainant states that someone broke the passenger side window of her vehicle but it appears nothing was taken, N.Y. Tags. Third complainant's vehicle, passenger side window was broken. Fourth complainant states his 2013 Ford Explorer was ransacked.

Dec. 6. 7700 block Stenton Ave. Complainant states he hired Superior Moving & Storage Company to move his belongings. After they finished he noticed the following items were missing: one silver and black SIG Sauer .38 caliber gun loaded with eight rounds, one iPod, two iPhones and one checkbook. Complainant tried to contact company numerous times.

Dec. 6. 8200 block Germantown Ave. Complainant states that someone broke the passenger side rear window of a 2009 Honda and ransacked vehicle. Reported at 6 a.m.

Dec. 7. 7700 block Crittenden Street. Complainant states that someone put several hair products in her pocket and after paying for her groceries she ran out to her vehicle and then returned to store. She was held until the police arrived and was transported to the Police Administration Building.

Dec. 8. Unit block E. Chestnut Hill Ave. Complainant, who is also a church employee, states that while attending church and sitting down someone came in and started disturbing the service. Complainant walked offender out of service. The offender then came back in and grabbed complainant by the throat and slammed complainant's head against the back of a chair causing a gash on the back of head. Complainant needed stitches. Offender was transferred to Police Administration Building.

Dec. 8. 8500 block Germantown Ave. Complainant states that while helping a customer inside store, someone went behind the counter and stole a purse containing money, PNC credit card, Medicare card, additional money for holiday in envelope and three business cards.

Dec. 8. 7800 block Roanoke Street. Complainant states that between 5:35 p.m. on Dec. 7 and 8 a.m. on Dec. 8, someone stole a Global Positioning System.

Summary – Eighteen crimes for week: one pick-pocket, one aggravated assault, four thefts, one retail theft and seven thefts from vehicles.
