J.S. Jenks Elementary School kindergarten and first grade students held their annual Halloween parade down Germantown Avenue on Wednesday, Oct. 31. The parade has become a Jenks' tradition. Several store owners and customers stopped to wave or give out candy to the children. Even Hurricane Sandy couldn't put a damper on their Halloween Trick or Treat.
