This video comes to us via Matt Learnard on Facebook. The original video was shot and uploaded by Vince Norpel. The video is a little choppy, but does the job of showing what the Wissahickon looked like early this morning Be sure to watch the last 10 to 15 seconds. (The video freezes for a bit in the middle, but it will resume. just give it 10 seconds.) Park Rangers had entrances to the Wissahickon blocked because of the severe flooding, which, as Vince points out here, appears to be even worse than Irene.
