July 10. 100 block Bethlehem Pike. Complainant states that an unknown person used part of a broken wheel chair to force open locker. Money and other items were stolen from locker. Reported at 7 a.m.

July 10. 100 block Bethlehem Pike. Complainant states that an unknown person used part of a broken wheel chair to force open locker. Money and other items were stolen from locker. Reported at 7 a.m.

July 10. Valley Green Inn and Valley Green Rd. Complainant states that he and other males got into a verbal altercation over females in the park.  He walked away to parking lot and was surrounded by group. Someone stabbed him in stomach and twice on the left side. Reported at 5:50 p.m.

July 10. 100 block Mermaid Lane. Complainant states that some time after 3:12 a.m. he heard a loud crash and went down to investigate. Complainant found passenger side front window broken. Someone had taken a Blackberry, two iPods and a Tom Tom global positioning system.

July 11. 8300 block Germantown Avenue. Police responded to burglar alarm and were met by owner. Police did a walk through and nothing appears to have been taken. Reported at 10:53 p.m.

July 11. 7700 block Crittenden Street. Manager states that male came and left several times taking 80 cans of Gerber’s Good Formula. Arrested was Martel Scurry, 46 – 50 years old, residing in the 5900 block of McCallum Street.

July 12. 9400 block Meadowbrook Street. Complainant states she parked her 2010 Audi and when she returned she found driver’s side door open and a MAC computer and a computer bag missing. Reported at 7:15 p.m.

July 14. Unit block Rex Ave. Complainant states that between 1 and 8 a.m., an unknown person stole a red 2010 Quantum, Pennsylvania tag RFB531.

July 16. 7700 block Crittenden Street. Manager states that one of his employees observed a black male loading items into his vehicle and leaving without paying. Incident was recorded on video camera. Taken were six 20 oz. Mountain Dews and two 24 oz. packs of Dasani Spring Water. Arrested was Wendell Dincle, (57), residing in the 600 block of Allens Lane. Reported at 12 noon.

July 16. Valley Green Inn and Seven Valley Road. Complainant states that an unknown person entered her red Nissan and stole a red wallet containing money and credit cards.

July 16. 100 block Springfield Avenue. Complainant states that between 3 p.m. on July 15 and 8 a.m. on July 16, an unknown person forced side door open and stole one black 9 mm handgun, one silver Ruger handgun, one diamond bracelet, two Samsung televisions (42” and 2”), two watches and a Canon camcorder.

July 16. 8000 block Germantown Avenue. Complainant states that a black male robbed him at point of black handgun. Taken was money. Offender jumped into a green Chevrolet Corsica driven by another male. Robber, 6’2” tall, 180 lbs., dreadlocks, medium complexion, wearing a red shirt and blue pants. No description of driver.

Summary — Eleven crimes for week: one robbery, one burglary, one aggravated assault, one stolen vehicle, four thefts and three thefts from vehicle.
