The following crimes are from the week of June 5 to June 11, 2011.

June 5. 300 block E. Willow Grove Avenue. Complainant states that she found her front door unlocked but she didn’t think much about it. Missing one pair of Anne Taylor sunglasses, Phillips headphones, one Toshiba computer external hard drive.

June 8. 9600 block Germantown Avenue. Complainant states that between 11:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., an unknown person broke out passenger side window of a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee and stole a Tom Tom global positioning system, a bank card and two gas cards. The two gas cards were used.

June 9. 100 block E. Chestnut Hill Avenue. Complainant states that an unknown person broke the passenger side window of a 1999 Lexus RX 300 and stole a backpack containing money, iPod, makeup and medication.

June 9. Unit block E. Chestnut Hill Avenue. Complainant states that an unknown person broke the driver’s side window and stole a global positioning system. Reported at 3 a.m.

June 9. 8700 block Prospect Avenue. Complainant states that an unknown person broke the driver’s side window and went through glove compartment and center console and nothing appears to be missing. Reported at 11:30 p.m.

June 10. 200 block Benezet Street. Complainant states that two black males entered home, stole money and then fled on Benezet Street.

June 10. 1 Valley Green Road. Between 5 and 6 p.m., an unknown person gained entry to a gray 2007 Ford Mustang and stole two pieces of luggage containing an external hard drive, gold earrings and a global positioning system.

June 11. 8700 block Prospect Avenue. Complainant states that an unknown person entered a 2004 Chevy Suburban and stole a pair of Rayban sunglasses.

Summary — Eight crimes for week: one burglary, one theft and six thefts from vehicles.
