The following crimes are from the week of April 10 to April 16, 2011.

April 11. Valley Green and 7 Valley Green Road. Complainant states that at approximately 8:40 a.m. she was jogging when a white male approached her and attempted to overpower her and pull her pants down. Complainant was able to fight male off and ran down Forbidden Drive until she saw another jogger who called police. Offender, white male, thin build, broad shoulders and wearing a black hoodie.

April 12. 7800 block Stenton Avenue. Complainant states that between 12 p.m. on March 10 and 12 p.m. on April 12, an unknown person stole three Indian Head pennies, 1905, 1906 and 1908, one silver plated chain with black heart and complainant’s 2005 and 2008 tax paper work. No sign of forced entry.

April 15. 8700 Prospect Ave. Complainant states he observed offender with stolen items walking back to his home. Male was first observed by witness walking past his house with a weed whacker and leaf blower. Items were taken from garage. Offender was positively identified by complainant and witness.

April 15. 8400 block Germantown Avenue. An unknown person kicked in bottom of door and entered store and stole money from three registers in front of store.

April 16. 9100 block Crefeld Avenue. Complainant states that a group of 20 teenagers forced their way into house by breaking the front door and started to knock down items in the foyer area.

Summary – Five crimes for week: one attempted rape, three burglaries and one robbery. We are missing April 11 and April 14, which were not available at the time we received report.
