April 6. 7700 block Winston Road. Owner of a landscaping company states he observed locks had been cut to gate on his property and three shed locks had been cut. Complainant states fresh tire tracks were on property and believes his business truck was used in burglary as truck keys were found in one of his sheds. The following items were taken: four leaf blowers, three weed wackers, a snow blower, two chain saws, two head shears, one brick saw, one generator, one sharpening grinder, three DeWalt tool kits, one miter saw, one power washer, two Milwaukee jackhammers, two skill saws, one electric drill, one belt sander, one gas powered auger, four locks, business emblem from truck Reported at 12 a.m.
April 6. 100 block W. Willow Grove Avenue. Complainant states she parked her blue 2005 Subaru at 5 p.m. and walked her dog and when she returned she found her pocketbook containing a wallet, various credit cards and identification taken from front seat.
Summary — Two crimes for week: one burglary and one theft from vehicle. Summer is coming. Please lock your doors and windows to home and cars. Do not leave anything in car; put items in trunk.
