Seen here with the All-American certificate she received for finishing fifth in the 400-meter dash at the New Balance Indoor Nationals last month, Springside senior Taylor Ellis-Watson has remained on a roll now that the action has moved out-of-doors. At Neshaminy High School’s Lady Skins Invitational last Saturday, the University of Pittsburgh signee ran the 400 in 56.10 seconds and the 200 in 24.68, the best times in those two events by any Pennsylvania sprinter so far this spring.
