The Red Cross is facing a blood supply shortage due to the harsh winter with lots of donor cancellations, and they've asked for our help. Weavers Way Co-op will be sponsoring a Blood Drive on Tuesday, March 1, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last appointment at 4:45) at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 22 E. Chestnut Hill Avenue in Chestnut Hill. Appointments will be scheduled in 15-minute intervals. To reserve a slot, contact Jon Roesser, Weavers Way Co-op’s Human Resources Manager, at 215-843-2350, ext. 132, or hr@weaversway.coop.
