The following crimes are from the week of Jan. 30 to Feb. 5, 2011.

Feb. 1. 8300 block Germantown Avenue. Between 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 31 and 7 a.m. on Feb. 2, an unknown person broke the passenger side window of a gray 2003 vehicle and stole a global positioning system, laptop computer, school bag, school identification and change.

Feb. 3. 7700 block Crittenden Street. Manager states that an unknown black male stole 20 MIX music CDs and fled store. Male, in his 30s, dark complexion, wearing an orange hat, blue Spiderman shirt and a brown shirt with fringes, black pants and tan boots.

Feb. 4. 8800 block Germantown Avenue. Complainant states that between 8 p.m. on Feb. 3 and 12:05 a.m. on Feb. 4, an unknown person broke the passenger side window to a 2002 Toyota Highlander and stole a pocketbook containing a wallet, money, one iPod, two cell phones; one winter coat, clothes and credit cards.

Feb. 4. 100 block W. Highland Avenue. Complainant states that she left home at 4:30 p.m. and returned at 5:30 p.m. She found her front door ajar and one laptop computer and an iTouch missing.

Reports for Jan. 30 and 31 are missing.

Summary — Four crimes for week: one burglary, one theft and two thefts from vehicles.
